We are thrilled to share with you the direct access you have to various universities across the country. These pathways allow students to move into university colleges in order to complete their first year as a Diploma.

Upon completion of the Diploma, students will move into the second year of their Bachelor's degree.

The huge advantage that this pathway offers is that students do not require an ATAR, they achieve a Diploma that has employment value if they choose to finish up after the first year, added academic support included and the chance to make degree choices after gaining the first year of insight.

Each of these advantages are explained below:

1. Students who are with Euka will be accepted without an ATAR. This means that the Grade 12 exams that cause so much stress and determine so many students' future can be bypassed without limiting your options moving forward.

2. When students complete first year of a bachelor's degree, they have nothing but a transcript to show for it. However, if you are doing your first year through the college as a Diploma and you decide not to continue, you have a Diploma that you can use to gain employment, transfer to an alternative university or even use a few years from now to gain entry into another degree.

3. The University college have an academic team available to support and help with assessments, and any other difficulty you are having during first year. For this reason students using the pathway always rank higher in second year. The extra support allows you to refine your academic skills as you go.

4. The diploma year is a broad one and can be used to branch into many different degrees. First year university subjects are the same for many degrees. Unlike first year students, you can choose your bachelor's degree when you are nearing the end of first year, giving you time to really understand what you are wanting to focus on. First year students who are not using this Diploma pathway would need to drop out and reapply for a different degree.
