Can I extend my child’s program access?

If your child’s program has ended but they still have lessons to complete, you can purchase a 30-day extension instead of a full new term or year.

Updated this week

Need a little more time to finish up the school year? If your child's program period has ended but they still have a few lessons to complete, you don't need to purchase a full new term or year. You can now purchase a 30-day Program Access Extension.

What is the Program Access Extension?
This option provides your student with an additional 30 days of full access to their current program content. It’s ideal for finishing off assignments, compiling work samples, or completing those final lessons without the pressure to re-enrol.

The extension also applies to any expired premium services. For the Government Registration Service, the extension only applies if you haven't generated your registration documents yet.

  • Cost: $49

  • Availability: All grade levels (Preparatory – Grade 12)

How to purchase the extension
Accessing the extension is simple and is done directly through your Parent Portal once your current access period has expired.

  1. Log in to your Parent Portal.

  2. Upon logging in, you will be presented with a "Program Expired" notification for the relevant student (see example below).

  3. Click the option to purchase the program access extension.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the $49 payment.

Once processed, your student's access will be instantly extended for 30 days.
