This is your Parent Hub, allowing you to manage your child’s Euka enrolment and access key features to support their learning journey.
What is the Parent Portal?
The Parent Portal is where you can manage your student's programs, as well as payments, reports, purchase additional grade levels or terms, select electives, access premium services, and much more.
How Do I Access the Parent Portal?
Once you have completed the checkout process and received your enrolment confirmation email, you will be able to set up a password for your Parent Portal.
Your username is the email you used at checkout.
Once your password is set up, you can access the Parent Portal via the Login tab on our website.
You can also use this link to log in.
Please note that user role permissions will affect access. Primary account holders can fully manage settings, while shared access users have viewing privileges only.
What You Will Find in the Parent Portal:
The Parent Account is organised into four main tabs for easy navigation, as shown in the screenshot below.
1. Student Programs
This tab allows you to view your program’s status and expiry date. Re-enrol and purchase the next term or grade-level materials. Purchase Access Extensions, manage your programs/enrolments, premium services, and billing.
Grade Details section:
Manage subjects/electives (Grades 9 and 10).
Access all important learning and registration documents( Scope and Sequences) for your student’s current and past enrolment grade levels.
Enjoy quick access to the necessary reports across all grade levels.
Premium Services Section:
Access and complete your Government Registration Service Questionnaire if purchased.
Download your child's Education Plan within 1 hour of completing the questionnaire.
Purchase premium services if not selected at checkout.
Change your third-party service grade level (Matific and Literacy Planet for Primary, Mathspace for Secondary).
Billing and Payments Section:
Update or change your payment method.
View past invoices and any missed payments.
Change your home billing address.
Cancel your program’s auto-renewal.
Cancel and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Reports
Parents can access a student's grade reports, including:
Monitoring student learning progress with lesson completion, quiz and assignment scores (where available) across terms and grades
Managing subject, term-level or grade-level feedback for richer reports
Generate printable Academic Transcripts by term and full Grade reports

3. Student Documents
This section provides key educational documents to support your child’s learning.
Scope and Sequence Documents: View the curriculum coverage for each subject.
Parent Planner: Access structured guidance for homeschooling.

4. Account Details
Manage your personal account settings in this section.
Change Email Address: Update the email associated with your Parent Portal.
Reset Password: Securely update your login credentials.

5. Shared Access
Shared access allows another person to view and download documents, access linked external services, and check enrollment details. However, shared access users cannot modify billing settings, manage enrollments, or transfer account roles.
