An Academic Transcript is a snapshot of your child’s progress based on parent feedback throughout the term. It provides a professional record of achievements and learning, helping you:
Capture your child’s lesson progress
Celebrate their successes
Prepare for future educational paths
Transcripts can be generated and downloaded for each term from the Reports section in the Parent Portal.

Your child’s academic transcript provides a comprehensive overview of their learning journey for the term. It captures a variety of information so you can get a clear picture of progress, strengths, and areas for growth. Each transcript includes:
Parent feedback comments: Reflect on your observations and insights about your child’s progress, effort, and achievements across each subject and term. These comments help personalise the record of learning.
Lesson completion percentages: Track the number of lessons completed each term, giving you a sense of consistency and engagement with their learning.
Quiz results: See how your child performed across different topics and lessons, helping identify areas where they excel or may need extra support.
Please note: quiz results are available for the new Grade 10 end-of-term quizzes for Science and History.
Assignment results (Years 11 and 12 assessed university pathway students): For senior students, transcripts include assignment outcomes to provide a full picture of academic performance and readiness for tertiary study.
Work samples: Euka’s Premium Reporting includes work sample integration, serving as the evidence of learning required for government-compliant reporting. Within your Parent Portal, Reports, work samples can be added or edited for each subject. Learn more about managing work samples.

A Grade Report is a snapshot of your child’s progress based on parent feedback throughout the grade. It provides a professional record of achievements and learning, helping you:
Capture your child’s lesson progress and feedback over the grade
Add photos that capture special moments, highlights or milestones throughout the grade.
Prepare for future educational paths, Keepsake for personal records or school transitions.

In additional to what is captured in an Academic Transcript, a Grade Report includes:
Parent feedback comments: Reflect on your observations and insights about your child’s progress, effort, and achievements across each subject in the grade and overall grade feedback. These comments help personalise the record of learning.
Subject performance over the grade: Lesson completion percentages, including average quiz and assessed assignment results where available
Electives performance: Grade 9 and 10 Grade Reports include elective lesson completion and parent feedback by course.
Highlights: Achievements and special moments can be added as a keepsake within the printable report
Work samples: Euka’s Premium Reporting includes work sample integration, serving as the evidence of learning required for government-compliant reporting.
Homeschooling questionnaire: Euka’s Premium Reporting guides a parents through a homeschooling experience questionnaire is also included in the printable Grade Report

Government Compliant Reports
All parents have access to Standard Reporting, including Academic Transcripts and Grade reports which are designed for your personal records and educational planning. They aren’t used as official reports for government requirements, but they’re a wonderful way to document your child’s progress and celebrate each step of their learning journey.
