At Euka Future Learning, we believe in making homeschooling as flexible and transparent as possible. Alongside your enrolment, we offer a range of optional services designed to provide extra support throughout your family's learning journey. In some cases, administrative fees may also apply if you request changes to your enrolment. This article explains what's available, when fees apply, and what each service includes, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Important: All additional services and administrative fees are optional. They only apply if you choose to purchase a service or request a change to your enrolment.
You don't need to decide on additional services when you first enrol. These services can be purchased at any time during your enrolment, giving you the opportunity to explore the platform and make an informed decision about what best suits your family.
Optional Services
These services can be added to your enrolment to provide additional support for your family's homeschooling experience.
Please note: The Registration + Reporting Bundle is only available with full-year enrolments. Families completing a single-term enrolment can still purchase each service individually.

Government Registration Service | Assists families in preparing their education and learning plans required when registering for home education with their relevant Australian state or territory education authority. |
Premium Reporting Service | Provides government-aligned progress reports to assist families in meeting their state's home education reporting requirements. |
Registration + Reporting Bundle | Includes both the Government Registration Service and Premium Reporting Service at a discounted price. (Not available for single-term enrolments.) |
Personalised Lesson Plan (PLP) (Coming Soon) | Gives students access to selected Maths, English and Science lessons from higher or lower grade levels, allowing learning to be tailored to individual needs. Ideal for students requiring additional support or extension. |

Administrative Fees
Administrative fees only apply when you request a specific change to your enrolment or when a refund is processed during the cooling-off period.

Refund / Cancellation Fee
Refund / Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your enrolment and request a refund within the 7-day cooling-off period, a single $47 Refund / Cancellation Fee applies.
This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing both the cancellation and refund. It is one combined fee, not two separate charges.
This fee applies per enrolment.
Please note: Refunds are only available within the first seven (7) days of your enrolment. After this period, refunds are not available.
Subject Change Fee
Subject Change Fee
Families enrolled in Grades 11 and 12 have a 14-day change-of-mind period from the date of enrolment to change their selected subjects.
After this period, a $75 Subject Change Fee applies for each subject that is changed, as administrative updates are required to amend your enrolment.
Licence Extension
Licence Extension
If your program access expires and you need additional time to complete your studies, you can purchase a 30-day licence extension for $49.

Promotional Credits & Discounts
From time to time, Euka may offer promotional discounts or account credits.
These reduce the amount you pay and will appear clearly on your invoice.
