What are the Enrollment options available?
Enrolment Options:
Single Term:
A single-term enrolment gives you 90 days of access to 10 weeks' worth of lessons. This option is ideal for families looking to homeschool for a short period or for those wanting to try homeschooling before committing to a full-year program.
Premium services are NOT eligible to be added with a single-term enrolment
Full Year (Paid Upfront):
Our full-year program includes 4 consecutive terms of learning, with 365 days of access to your learning materials. By choosing to pay upfront, you’ll receive a discount on the total cost.
Premium services CAN be added to any full-year enrolment Grade
Full Year (Paid via Instalments):
This option is for families who want access to the full-year program but prefer to spread payments over time. You will receive all learning materials upfront, and payments are made in four equal instalments. The first payment is due at the time of enrolment, with the remaining three payments automatically debited every three months from your nominated card.
Premium services CAN be added to any full-year enrolment Grade
Should I enrol with Euka first or register with my state’s Department of Education first?
We encourage families to enrol with Euka before submitting their homeschooling application to their State’s Department of Education. This is because Euka offers a Government Registration Service that helps compile your child’s education plans, which are required as part of the application. The Department expects all necessary paperwork and planning to be ready when you submit your initial application, and our service ensures you have everything prepared.
Can I enrol now, but start using the learning materials later?
You may want to enrol ahead of time to receive help with your child’s learning plans for their homeschooling application or to access the program early for preparation. Whether you're gathering resources or getting ready before your child officially starts, we’ve got you covered.
If you enrol a few months before you plan to begin your child’s learning, simply let us know through our support chat by clicking here after enrolling. We’ll be happy to adjust your enrolment start date to suit your needs.
How do I select my starting term?
Once you complete the checkout process you will receive an email asking you to complete enrolment. During the course of completing those enrolment set-up steps, you will be asked to select your starting term and you can choose from the drop-down arrow.
Can I enrol across two different Grade levels?
At Euka, we offer complete flexibility with enrolment, understanding that many families begin their homeschooling journey mid-year or later. For those enrolling in a full-year program (4 consecutive terms), your terms can roll over into the next grade level.
For example, if you start homeschooling in Grade 7, Term 4, and choose the full-year enrolment, you will gain access to Grade 7 Term 4, followed by Grade 8 Terms 1, 2, and 3. Once your child completes their final term, you can re-enrol to continue from Term 4 in the next grade.
Please note: The option to enrol across two different grade levels is not available for Grade 6, Grade 10, and Senior Grades 11 and 12.
For clarity, since Grade 6 transitions into secondary school at Grade 7, and Grade 10 moves into senior school at Grade 11, enrolments cannot cross between these grade levels like they can for other grades.
What are the Government Registration and Reporting Premium Services used for?
Our Government Registration and Government Reporting services are optional add-ons available with any full-year enrolment for Grades Foundation-Grade 10. These services are designed to help families with the necessary steps and documentation for registering as homeschoolers with their State’s Department of Education, as well as assist in reporting back to the Department when required. Registration assistance & reports are included in enrolment for Grade 11/12 students.
