What do I need to know about being registered in my state to homeschool?

Euka has all the information you'll need in each State and Territory around being registered to homeschool. We can assist with the documentation to be submitted with your application to the Education Department and individualising your learning plan. What is included in Euka's Government Registration Service?

Euka's Government Registration Service is here to simplify the process of registration. Our guided process will ask questions about your child to help compile the necessary documentation, individualised to your child and ready to submit to your state’s homeschooling department.

The Government Registration Service includes:-

  • Scope and Sequence documents covering your selected grade for an academic year.

  • An Individualised Education Plan tailored to your child and your specific homeschooling situation.

  • Comprehensive documentation answering all relevant additional Information required for homeschooling in your state.

If I have multiple children, do I need to purchase the Government Registration Service for each child?

The Government Registration Service is designed as a comprehensive solution for each individual student. If you have multiple children enrolled, a separate purchase per child is required for this service.

Can I add the Government Registration Service if I have only purchased a single term of the Euka Program?

The Government Registration Service can only be added to a full-year (4 consecutive Terms) Euka Program and is not available when enrolling in individual terms. Click here to learn more about upgrading to a full year enrolment in order to add this premium service.

Is the Government Registration Service tied to the grade I purchase?

The Government Registration Service is linked to a full year (4 consecutive Term) enrolment, which doesn't have to align with the calendar year. For instance, if you enrol for Grade 2 Term 3, your access extends until Grade 3 Term 3, which is the duration you'll have access to the Government Registration Service.

I have commenced the registration questionnaire using Euka’s Government Registration Service.

We have improved our Government Registration Service. Please use this new experience instead of the webform linked in your previous emails. You can still access your saved answers in the previous webform and copy them into the new questionnaire to get started. To access the new experience, please log into your Parent Portal and access the student you’d like to register for homeschooling.

I have submitted the registration questionnaire and am awaiting documents or I've received documents using the old webform?

There is no need to re-submit the questionnaire. We will let you know when your documents are ready. If you have received your documents and you need to make edits, please reach out to our Customer Support team using the chat feature in your Parent Portal or visit our Contact Us page for more options.
