Step 4 - The Registration Visit

You will be contacted by a Department of Education officer to organise a home visit. The visit takes around one hour. This is straight forward for Euka families as they will want to see your Euka Homeschooling plans and Euka lessons. This will assure them you are organised. It is also a good time to ask questions if you have any. Generally you will be told that you have been granted approval, with the paperwork to follow.

Re-registration Visit

Each year you need to reapply for registration. This is done during 3rd or 4th Term and requires another home visit.

Re-registration is almost the same as your registration application.

Step 1:

Fill in the continuing Home Education Form

Application form can be downloaded here:

Step 2:

Prepare documents as per initial registration.

Step 3:

Prepare for home visit.
