Getting Started with Euka - For our Newcomers!
We’re thrilled to officially welcome you to Euka!
Below, you’ll find a helpful checklist to guide you through homeschooling with the Euka program, and rest assured, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Step 1: Set Up Your Accounts
Set Up Your Student & Parent Portals
Complete the "Let's Begin Enrolment" email.
Once completed, check your emails for the Student ID & link to set the student portal password.
Once the student password is set, log into the Student Portal to explore.
Save the login details for both the Student and Parent Portals for easy access.
Step 2: Select Subjects & Electives
Please note: Subject selection is only applicable for Grades 11/12, and Elective selection is only applicable for Grades 9 and 10.
For Grades 9 & 10:
Log in to the Parent Account to select electives.
Once selected, they will automatically appear in the Student Portal.
For Grades 11 & 12:
Complete subject selection via the Parent Account.
Textbooks and materials will be uploaded to the Student Portal accordingly.
Step 3: Government Registration
Understand Your State's Requirements
Families in Australia must register with their state’s Department of Education.

If You Purchased Euka’s Government Registration Service ($179):
Log in to the Parent Account and complete the Registration Questionnaire.
Euka will generate your child's Individualised Education Plan & Scope and Sequence (Education Summary).
Follow the specific guidelines for submitting your application, as outlined in the same section, where you can review your child's Individualised Education Plan & Scope and Sequence.

Step 4: Get Started with Learning!
Waiting for Approval from the Department of Education?
You can start using the Euka program immediately while waiting for approval!

Remember, we are always here to answer and assist with your questions. When new to Homeschooling we suggest taking it slow, with no immediate pressures to create a strict Homeschool schedule to follow just yet.
Focus on finding a rhythm, focus on creating a Homeschool environment that you enjoy and love without feeling the pressure to get everything perfect right away.
