What is the Premium Report Service and how does it work?

Euka offers a Premium Reporting Service to assist when it comes time for reporting to the Department of Education.

The Premium Reporting Service will compile a report based on your child's work samples and the parent comments you have provided via the "Reports" section within the Parent Portal. Termly Academic Transcripts and Grade Reports rcan be generated, which you can download or print and send to the moderator or email/upload when it is your reporting period.


To create a comprehensive and effective report, you will need to select the recommended number of Work Samples your student has completed that align with your state’s requirements to upload into the reports section.

With just a click, you can add work samples to your report within the Parent Portal, which then collates, organises, and formats them into Australian-aligned government reports.

These reports encompass:-

  • Work samples

  • Achieved curriculum outcomes

  • Academic transcripts

They serve various purposes, including facilitating re-entry into mainstream school, admission to TAFE after Grade 10, and, crucially, meeting reporting requirements for homeschooling registration with the Department of Education. By utilising the Premium Reporting service, you not only simplify the homeschooling experience but also gain confidence that you are fulfilling all government obligations.

Please note: Euka is not able to submit the generated report on your behalf to the Department of Education. It is a legal requirement that the parent/guardian (facilitator of the student's learning) be the one to lodge this information.


Am I eligible for Euka’s Premium Reporting service?

Premium Reporting can be added to any enrolment, whether a full year or a single term.


Can I add Premium Reporting to my existing enrolment?

If you have already enrolled but did not include Premium Reporting, you can, at any time, add the service via your Parent Portal for Grades Clever Kids, Foundation to Grade 12

Begin by logging into your Parent Portal. You can use this link to Log In

Then proceed to "Manage Programs" and click the desired student you wish to upgrade their enrolment and add our services to.

From there, you will be able to "Add service":-

Once payment has been made, you will be emailed all relevant information regarding your premium service.
