Payment Options and Policies for Enrolment at Euka

Euka provides a streamlined and efficient system for managing enrolment payments. This includes specific guidelines for acceptable payment methods, details on instalment plans, and options for payment flexibility to accommodate various user needs.

Overview of Enrolment Payment Methods

Euka requires all enrolment payments to be completed through its official website. The only accepted payment method is a bank card, which can be either a credit or debit card. Payments made through other methods are not supported.

Details of Euka's Instalment Plan (Grades 11 & 12 Only)

In addition to being able to make an upfront payment, Euka also offers a Yearly Plan that allows users to spread the total cost across four equal instalments. This plan is only available for Grades 11 and 12. The initial instalment needs to be paid at the time of enrolment, and the remaining three are automatically debited every three months from the nominated bank card. Please note that this is an auto-debit system, and manual payment options are not available.

Payment Limitations

While Euka provides a convenient instalment plan, there are certain limitations:

  • Instalments cannot be split into smaller amounts, such as weekly payments.

  • Users enrolled in an instalment plan are obligated to complete all four instalments once the 7-day cool-off period has ended.

  • Instalment plans are only available for Grades 11 and 12.

Payment Flexibility Features

Euka understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so they offer flexibility in the form of payment extensions. If you are unable to meet a scheduled payment on time, you can request an extension, and adjustments can be made to provide additional time for payment (2-week extension window). However, splitting payments into smaller amounts (e.g., weekly payments) is not an option.

FAQs

  • Can I use PayPal or other digital wallets to make my payment? No. Payments can only be made using a credit or debit bank card.

  • What should I do if I can't make a payment on time? You can request a payment extension through the support team, who will assist in making necessary adjustments.

  • When are the instalment payments due? The first instalment is due at enrolment, with subsequent payments automatically debited every three months.

Euka’s payment system is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring users have a clear understanding of their options and obligations. For additional support or specific inquiries, please contact Euka’s Customer Support team.
