From December 3, 2025, new reporting features in the Parent Portal, including tools to create government-compliant reports, have replaced the Government Report Creator. If you’ve already started a report, complete it by January 3, 2026, or start fresh using the improved ‘Reports’ experience. <Learn more>
Once you complete all of the sections in our Government Report Creator, and it is sitting at 100%, you will be able to download this into a PDF document onto your computer. From here, all you need to do is send it through to your Department of Education and that is your reporting done
