The Government Report Creator (GRC) will no longer be available from January 4, 2026.
From December 3, 2025, new reporting features in your Parent Portal, including tools to create government-compliant reports, have replaced the Government Report Creator.

Premium Reporting is now available in your Parent Portal under Reports
Euka’s Premium Reporting service will replace the Government Report Creator tool.
From the Reports section, in your Parent Portal, families will continue to receive:
Support with tracking learning progress
The ability to upload work samples and parent annotations
Government-compliant reports to meet homeschooling reporting requirements
What's Changing and When?
From December 3, 2025, we’re introducing new reporting features in your Parent Portal. These updates include easy-to-use tools for creating government-compliant reports, and they will replace the current Government Report Creator (GRC).
Your existing GRC licence has already been moved over to a Premium Reporting licence, so you don’t need to do anything.
If you’ve already started a report in the GRC, you can continue working on it until the January 4, 2026. After this date, the GRC will no longer be available.
You’re welcome to finish your current report in the GRC (must be done by 4th January, 2026), or start a new one using the improved Reports section in your Parent Portal.
