When does my enrolment expire?

Your child’s enrolment with Euka is based on a period of time, as determined by the plan you’ve selected, either a Term Plan (90 days of access) or a Yearly Plan (365 days of access - upfront or instalment plan)

While your enrolment is active, you have full access to your program, including the curriculum content and activities for your selected term/s and grade, as well as any Premium Services you’ve added.

As your enrolment nears the end of your access period, as defined by your plan, your enrolment will either automatically renew or not.

If you've chosen to have your enrolment automatically renew, your enrolment will not expire and it will continue to stay active.

If you've chosen to opt-out of automatic renewals via your parent account, or your plan is configured to not automatically renew, your enrolment will expire at the end of the access period unless you decide to renew your enrolment manually.

To help you manage your enrolment, you can always view when your enrolment is active until by logging into your Parent Portal and accessing the "Manage programs" section. There you'll see, for each student, all enrolment details.
