To encourage and build a regular, consistent learning routine, most of our plans are configured to automatically renew for grades covered in a program, as shown below:

If you’ve selected a Term Plan, your enrolment will automatically renew each term (i.e. every 90 days) from the starting date of your enrolment, for all grades covered by your program, up to the last term of the last grade in your program.

For example if you’ve selected the Term Plan for the Euka Primary program, your enrolment will automatically renew up to Term 4, Grade 6. When you’re in the last term of the last grade of your program, your plan will no longer auto-renew and you’ll need to upgrade your enrolment to continue to the next program.

If you’ve selected a Yearly Plan, your enrolment will automatically renew each year (i.e. every 365 days) from the starting date of your enrolment, for all grades covered by your program, up to the last grade in your program.

For example if you’ve selected the Yearly Plan for the Euka Secondary program, your enrolment will automatically renew up to the last grade in your program, i.e. Grade 10. When you’re in the last grade of your program, your plan will no longer auto-renew and you’ll need to upgrade your enrolment to continue to the next program.

If you’ve decided to opt out of an auto-renewing plan, we’ll inform you when your enrolment is about to expire and you’ll have the option to renew your enrolment directly in your Parent Portal.
