Should you decide that you'd like to stop your child’s enrolment, there are two ways you can do that based on whether your plan is configured to automatically renew or not.

For auto-renewing plans, simply opt out of the auto-renewal option at any time to stop your enrolment being renewed at the end of the current plan period, which is determined by your plan duration, either term or yearly.

You can do this by clicking the "Cancel program" link when viewing your child's enrolment in the "Manage program" section in your Parent Portal.

For non auto-renewing plans, your enrolment will stop at the end of your current plan period, which is determined by your plan duration, either term or yearly.
