Update Your Payment Details
When you get a new credit card or your current one has just expired, you can update your payment details directly via your Parent Portal at a time that suits you.
Simply log into your Parent Portal and click "Manage programs". Select which child's enrolment you'd like to update the payment details for and you'll see a "Manage" button in the "Payment method" section.

Clicking "Manage" will display a popup showing your current payment method. Select the current payment method if you need to edit details such as changing the expiry date and CVV.
If you'd like to add a different payment method, click "Add New" and enter the details of your new payment method.
Once completed, any future payments will use either the updated or new payment method.

Please make sure to complete these steps for each child. If you have multiple students enrolled and need to update your card information, you'll need to follow this process and update the payment method in each of your children's accounts individually.
