When it's time for reporting to the Department of Education, Euka provides all the assistance you need.
There are two ways you can gather the reports and information required by the Department. Please read on for additional information:-
Option 1: Government Report Creator
Our Government Report Creator streamlines the entire process.
Integrated into the student's portal, the Report Creator allows you to effortlessly compile Work Sample lessons. With just a click, you can add these samples to your Report Creator, which then collates, organises, and formats them into a downloadable/printable report. These reports encompass work samples, achieved curriculum outcomes, Grade completion certificates, and academic transcripts. They serve various purposes, including facilitating re-entry into mainstream school, admission to TAFE after Grade 10, and, crucially, meeting reporting requirements for homeschooling registration with the Department of Education. By utilising this premium service, you not only simplify the homeschooling experience but also gain confidence that you are fulfilling all government obligations.

Option 2: DIY Reporting
This option still enables you to report to the Department of Education and re-enrol in mainstream school. This involves using the Work Sample lessons and the Parent Assessment checklists found in the Parent Planner.
Find out what Work Samples and Parent Assessment checklists are here
Collect two work samples from each subject per term and complete the corresponding Parent Assessment checklist for each sample. Store these documents, either digitally or physically, for reporting purposes to the government or for re-entry into mainstream or other educational institutions. Upon completion of Term 4 you'll be able to generate a Grade completion certificate via the student portal.
The above options yield the same essential outcome, but offer different experiences, depending on your preference and level of involvement. Both options also allow you to generate and or create your own report whenever it's required.
