The questionnaire section of the Government Report Creator is also known as your "year in review". It's where you can provide some details about your child's homeschooling journey over the previous year.
Please note: You will need to provide a minimum of 200 characters per comment field. (If 200 characters have not been reached, the comment box will be highlighted red and the comment section will not show a tick next to it in the work sample dashboard section).
Important: After completing your answer (even if you have not finished filling in all answer fields, please be sure to click on the "compile" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will enable the system to save your answers. You can then refer back to them and edit as desired.
