In the Academic Transcript section of the Government Report Creator, you will be able to complete a short questionnaire in which your responses will generate an academic transcript. You will notice that you are able to generate Half-yearly and End of year Academic transcripts.

Academic Transcripts are a great way to provide your child with a Recognition Statement of the hard work they have done.

Please click here for a "sample" of a completed Academic transcript. You can see the guidelines offered in terms of awarding the various levels of student achievement (Distinction, Credit, Pass or Support).

If an Academic transcript section is showing as "unavailable" this means that you currently do not have access to this Grade level/Term within the student portal. The Academic Transcript section has the option to generate a transcript for your current grade level and previous grade level enrolments. This is useful for families who are enrolled across 2 grade levels. For example; if you have enrolled into Grade 9 starting from term 3, you would have access to Grade 9 terms 3, 4 and Grade 10 terms 1 and 2.

If a family had enrolled into a full-year program with Term 1 or 2 as their starting term and had not previously enrolled into a lower grade level with Euka their transcript section will be as below:-

If you have sections that show as unavailable, don't worry, you will still be able to complete your Government Report. It will simply not include the Academic transcript from the previous Grade level.
