Below are some other frequently asked questions and toubleshooting ideas which will assist with the general navigation and completion of your report for the Department of Education.
My work samples have gone missing from the Dashboard.
If you discover that work samples are no longer visible via the Report Creator, there is a chance that they have not saved properly if the file being uploaded is too large.
Please note:
Work sample documents - maximum of 15 pages long
Work sample pictures and PDF files - Maximum 10mb
My answers are no longer showing in the General Questionnaire section.
If you find that your completed answers are missing from the General Questionnaire section, please note that when navigating away from the General Questionnaire section please make sure to click the “compile button” in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen as this will save you answers. Once saved this will allow you to return to continue completing this section.
I'm unable to upload my file?
Documents uploaded via the Work Sample section of the dashboard are restricted to a maximum of 10mb PDF file in size and 15 page upload limit per work sample.
In the instance that your work sample is more than 10 MB but less than 15 pages in length please use the following file compressor tool below:
My report is too large to upload to my reporting link and/or email to the Department of Education. What can I do?
