If you are ready to re-enrol your student for the upcoming grade/term prior to the renewal date stated within your Parent Portal, we would be happy to provide the steps/resources you need to do so.
Please note: The following steps are only applicable for families who have paid upfront for their past enrolments. If your student is enrolled for a full year on an instalment plan, it is a requirement that all pending payments on the current enrolment be made before proceeding to re-enrol for the upcoming grade.
1. Simply log into your Parent Portal - You can use this link to Log In
2. Proceed to the "Manage Programs" Tab and click the student you wish to re-enrol
3. Once on the student profile, click "Manage" under program and then "Cancel program renewal" in the dropdown section below
4. Once done, simply click the "Renew and access next grade or term" option to proceed with the re-enrolment.
Please note: If you chose to enrol early, prior to the set renewal date in your parent portal, any unused time from the previous enrolment will not carry over, and access for your new enrolment will begin immediately, remaining active for the designated period of 90 days per term or 365 days annually.
