Understanding Updates to Auto-Renewing Enrolment Fees (Effective January 2026)

Understand how the changes to Euka's enrolment fees affect your auto-renewing plans, taking effect from January 14th, 2026.

To continue delivering a high-quality learning experience for every Euka family, we complete an annual review of our enrolment and premium service fees. As part of this year’s review, updated fees have been introduced. These update fees have been applied to new purchases. For those currently on an auto-renewing plan, the updated fees will take effect from your next renewal starting January 14th 2026.

Why fees are changing

At Euka we work hard to keep our fees as affordable as possible while continuing to invest in:

  • Updating and enhancing our curriculum content

  • Delivering a flexible learning experience that grows with your child

  • Improvements to the Parent and Student Portals

  • Support services that help families feel confident and supported

These updates ensure we can keep providing the best possible value for your family.

How this affects auto-renewing families

  • Auto-Renewing Plans - Before January 14th, 2026
    If your plan renews before 14 January 2026, it will do so at your current rate for one more cycle. Future renewals will reflect the updated fee.

  • Auto-Renewing Plans - On or after January 14th, 2026
    All auto-renewals processed on or after 14 January 2026 will be charged at the updated rate. You can easily manage or opt out through your Parent Portal.

  • If your child is currently in Grade 6, 10, or 11
    For students in these grades that transition to the next grade group (e.g. Grade 6 → 7, Grade 10 → 11, or Grade 11 → 12), please note these transitions do not auto-renew. Please re-enrol to access the next grade’s program.

  • New enrolments
    Any new enrolments will reflect the updated fees, including registration and reporting add-on services.

Can I turn off auto-renewal?
Yes. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Parent Portal.

Will turning auto-renewal off affect my child’s current access?
No. Your child’s learning continues uninterrupted. The change applies only when your plan renews.
