Understanding the new Student Learning Experience

What is the new Student Learning experience and how can I access it? How can I get started?

Updated yesterday

Euka's new Student Portal

We are excited to introduce the new Euka learning experience, starting with our Senior students. It’s been thoughtfully designed to support students as they prepare for what comes next, whether that’s university, further training, work, or alternative pathways.

This article provides an overview of what’s changing, who can access the new experience, and how your family can get started.

Who can access the new learning experience?

  • Newly enrolled Senior Grade 11 and 12 students will automatically receive access to the new learning experience.

  • Families with existing students in Grades 11 or 12 have options available to move into the new experience.

How do I access the new Student Learning Experience?

Once enrolment setup is complete, your child will receive a unique Euka Student ID.
To log in to the Student Portal:

  1. Use the Euka Student ID and the password set during enrolment

  2. Visit the Euka Student Portal on our website

  3. Enter the details and begin exploring lessons

Students do not need a dedicated Euka email address to log in.

What you’ll find in the new Student Portal

From the grade dashboard, students can:

  • Access lessons organised by term and week

  • Track grade progress at a glance

  • Get started with assignments

  • Review any materials needed for practical activities

  • Manage student account details

  • Access learning support and guidance

Exploring the new lesson experience

Lessons in the new Student Portal are structured to support different learning styles and encourage real-world application. Each lesson includes four key sections:

Learn

Build understanding of the topic and access supporting resources, including textbooks where relevant.

Practise

Connect learning to the real world through optional, hands-on activities.

Apply

Strengthen understanding with interactive activities or downloadable worksheets.

Reflect

Pause and reflect on what was learned and how the lesson felt—supporting deeper learning and self-awareness.
