Reporting Requirements

Reporting for Homeschooling in WA can be done either via the Government Report Creator or by submitting hard copies of work samples and parent assessment checklists.

​Work Samples:
- You will need to submit a minimum of 2 work samples for English and Math.
- For all other subjects, you will need 1 work sample for each term.
πŸ““ If you are using the Government Report Creator, a total of 4 work samples per subject area will be required. It is always a good idea to have a few extra work samples on hand, as reporting is ultimately up to the discretion of the moderator.

Parent Assessment Checklists:
Each work sample must be accompanied by a corresponding Parent Assessment Checklist. For example, if you have 15 work samples, you will need 15 corresponding checklists.
