Understanding Euka's Terms and Conditions

At Euka, we strive to provide our customers with quality curriculum and support documentation. That's why we want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding Terms and Conditions.

Immediate Access upon Enrolment

It's important to note that once an enrolment has been made, our curriculum and support documentation become immediately available. This means that we do not offer refunds for unused materials, unless it is within the 7-day cooling off period. We want our customers to have access to our materials right away so they can start learning and growing with our program.

7-Day Cooling Off Period

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our curriculum or support documentation, you have the option to cancel your enrolment within 7 days of making it. This cooling off period allows you to evaluate our materials and determine if they meet your needs.

Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your enrolment within the 7-day cooling off period, we will provide you with a full refund (a $47 administration fee is applicable). However, if you do not cancel within this time frame, we will not be able to offer a refund for unused materials.
