We are happy to offer the cancellation and refund of enrolment within the first 7 days as per Euka's Terms & Conditions should you determine that Euka Future Learning is not aligning with your needs. Kindly note that a minor administration processing fee of $47 will be applicable.
IMPORTANT: If you have added any premium services (Registration and/or Reporting) to your enrolment and you have utilised these services, this will also be deducted from your refund amount.
To process a cancellation, please log into your parent portal and go to the "Manage Programs" tab. From there you'll be able to see options as per image below:-
You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request👇
Following cancellation and subsequent refund of your purchase, all access to material will be removed. In order to gain access once again, please feel free to re-enrol via your Parent Portal.
