We are happy to offer the cancellation and refund of enrolment within the first 7 days as per Euka's Terms & Conditions, should you determine that Euka Future Learning is not aligning with your needs. Kindly note that a minor administration processing fee of $47 will be applicable.
IMPORTANT: If you have added any premium services (Registration and/or Reporting) to your enrolment and you have utilised these services, this will also be deducted from your refund amount.
To process a cancellation, please log in to your parent portal and go to the "Student Programs" section, and select the desired student you wish to cancel their enrolment for.
From there, you'll be able to see options as per the image below:-

Following cancellation and subsequent refund of your purchase, all access to material will be removed. In order to gain access once again, please feel free to re-enrol via your Parent Portal.
