If you’ve added one of Euka’s Premium Services to your enrolment, such as the Government Registration Service or the Government Reporting Service, and you decide you no longer require the service, you have the option to cancel the service from your current enrolment or upcoming renewal in your Parent Portal.
How to Cancel and Refund a Premium Service from Your Current Enrolment
We are happy to offer the cancellation and refund of enrolments or Premium Service add-ons within the first 7 days as per Euka's Terms & Conditions should you determine that Euka Future Learning does not align with your needs. Kindly note that a minor administration processing fee of $47 will be applicable.
IMPORTANT: If you have utilised the Government Registration or Reporting services since the enrolment was placed, this will not be refundable.
Log into your Parent Portal, click “Manage Programs”, and select which student enrolment you’d like to manage. Any active Premium Services you have will be listed, along with the option to "Manage" the Premium Service and “Cancel service”.
Please note: If you added the Government Registration and Reporting Service Bundle, cancelling any one of these services will cancel all services in your bundle; if you decide to continue, you will no longer have access to all services in your bundle.

Following cancellation and subsequent refund of your purchase, all access to Premium Service will be removed. In order to gain access to the feature again, please feel free to re-add the Premium Service via your Parent Portal.
How to Cancel a Premium Service from Your Upcoming Renewal
Log into your Parent Portal, click “Manage Programs”, and select which student enrolment you’d like to manage. Any active Premium Services you have will be listed, along with the option to "Manage" the Premium Service and “Cancel service renewal”.
Clicking “Cancel service renewal” will display information about when your service will be active until, as well as asking for your reason for cancelling the service, which is useful feedback for us to gather to help improve the service.
Once you’ve cancelled your service, you’ll see when your service will be active until in your Parent Portal.
If you’ve selected the Yearly Plan with the instalment payment option and wish to have the Premium Services removed from your renewal, you’ll need to contact support to have this actioned.
