How to Cancel a Premium Service

If you’ve added one of Euka’s Premium Services to your enrolment, such as the Government Registration Service or the Government Reporting Service, and you decide you no longer require the service, you have the option to cancel the service in your Parent Portal.

Log into your Parent Portal, click “Manage Programs” and select which student enrolment you’d like to manage. Any active Premium Services you have will be listed, along with the option to “Cancel service”.

Clicking “Cancel service” will display information about when your service will be active until, as well as asking for your reason for cancelling the service, which is useful feedback for us to gather to help improve the service.

Once you’ve cancelled your service, you’ll see when your service will be active until in your Parent Portal.

Note: If you’ve selected the Yearly Plan with the Instalment payment option, you’ll need to contract support in order to cancel your Premium Service.
