There are two ways to change your parent account password depending on whether you know your existing one or not.
I know my current password
If you know your current password and you’d like to change it, you can do it directly in your Parent Portal. Simply log into your Parent Portal, click the “Account Details” option and click “Change” in the “Change password” section.
For security reasons, before you can select a new password you’ll need to enter your current password first. Your new password will need to meet the following requirements:
Must contain at least one lowercase letters (a-z)
Must contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Must contain at least one number (0-9)
Must be a least 8 characters long
I can't remember my existing password
If you can’t remember your current password, you can use the “Forgot password” option on the Parent Portal login page to reset your password.
