You can change a range of account details by logging into your Parent Portal, and clicking the “Account Details” link. Here you’ll be able to change the following information:
First name
Last name
Display name
Password
Note: If you’d like to change the email address linked to your parent account, you’ll need to contact Customer Support via our SupportChat option found in your Parent Portal or by using one of the alternative support contact options.
