Celebrating your child’s progress is a vital part of the homeschooling journey! End of Term and Grade Certificates are a wonderful way to recognise their hard work and achievements.
These certificates are now conveniently located within your Parent Portal under the Reports tab.
How to access your certificates
1. Notification: You will receive an email notification from Euka confirming that your child has achieved the milestones required to receive a certificate (such as completing a Term or Grade).
2. Log In: Log into your Parent Portal and navigate to the Reports tab.
3. Select Student: Ensure you are viewing the correct student and Grade.
4. Generate: Scroll to the relevant Term or Grade summary. You will see a button labelled "View term completion certificate" or "View grade completion certificate". Click this to begin the process.
◦ Please Note: It can take up to 1 hour for the system to generate the personalised certificate file. You do not need to stay on the page while this happens.
5. Download: Once the generation is complete (check back after an hour), return to the Reports page and click the "View term/grade completion certificate" button again. This will now open the PDF file, which you can download to your computer or print out to present to your child.
