Instalment Plan - Missed Payment

My child has lost access due to an unsuccessful instalment debit. How do I fix this and pay out the outstanding balance?

Missed a payment on your instalment plan? No worries — you can easily settle it through your Parent Portal

Follow the steps below to complete your payment. Once the outstanding amount is settled, your child’s access to the Student Portal will be restored shortly after.


Firstly, you’ll need to log into your Parent Portal. You can use this link to Log In.

Navigate to “Manage Programs” and select the student whose payment you need to complete.

Click on “Billing Information”


You can view all your past transactions and any overdue payments, and settle them directly using the "Pay Now" option.


After the payment is completed, a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email. Your child’s access to the Student Portal will then be restored, and they can log in using their existing credentials.
