Changes to Euka’s Yearly Instalment Plans

Updated yesterday

From 5 November 2025, Euka will be simplifying our payment options for Foundation through to Grade 10.

Please note, Grades 11 & 12 will continue to have the option of enrolling into an Instalment Plan.

This change only affects families who are currently using the instalment plan to pay for their yearly enrolment.

If your enrolment has auto-renewal turned on, there’s no need to worry — your current instalment plan will continue as usual. Nothing will change immediately.

When your auto-renewal ends, you’ll be able to choose between:

  • Term plan – provides 90 days of access to a single term and allows smaller payments throughout the year.

  • Yearly upfront plan – provides access to four consecutive terms (365 days) and offers a discount when paid in full.

For more information regarding auto-renewals, please refer to this article in our Help Centre.

How this change affects current instalment plan users

Depending on your situation, here’s how the change will take effect:

1. You reach the end of Grade 6 or Grade 10

  • Your current instalment plan will continue to auto-renew until your child's access period ends in Grades 6 or 10.

  • Once the fourth instalment payment is made for Grades 6 or 10, the auto-renewal will automatically stop.

  • To continue into the next stage, you'll need to manually re-enrol via your Parent Portal.

2. An instalment payment fails (Grades Foundation - Grade 10)

  • If an instalment payment is missed, your instalment plan will be cancelled.

  • You can still continue with Euka by re-enrolling into either a term plan or a yearly upfront plan.

3. You manually cancel auto-renewal

  • If you manually cancel your auto-renewal, you’ll still need to complete payment for any remaining instalments.

  • Once your final instalment is paid and your access period ends, your enrolment will expire.

  • Instalment plans will no longer be available for renewal, but you can re-enrol at any time with a term or yearly upfront plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my current instalment plan change right away?

No. You can continue on your current instalment plan until your auto-renewal ends. Nothing will change before that time.

What happens when my child finishes Grade 6 or Grade 10?

Auto-renewal will stop at the end of that grade. To continue into the next stage of learning or complete any remaining terms, you’ll need to choose either a term plan or a yearly upfront plan.

What if I miss an instalment payment?

If a payment fails, your instalment plan will be cancelled, and access to your child’s Student Portal will be paused. Don’t worry your child’s completed coursework will remain saved and won’t be lost.

To continue, you can simply re-enrol using either a term plan or a yearly upfront plan. Once re-enrolled, your child’s Student Portal access will be restored, along with all previously completed lessons and activities.

What if I cancel my instalment plan auto-renewal manually?

You’ll still need to complete any remaining instalments on your current plan. Once your access period ends, you won’t be able to re-enrol using an instalment plan; however, you can continue your child’s learning by re-enrolling with either a term plan or a yearly upfront plan.

How can I check if my enrolment auto-renewal is turned on or off?

You can easily check this in your Parent Portal.

  1. Click on the Manage Programs tab.

  2. Select the student profile you wish to check.

  3. Under the Program heading, you’ll see your auto-renewal status:

    • Blue – “Active”: Your auto-renewal is turned on.

    • Orange – “Non-renewing”: Your auto-renewal is turned off.
