How do I change the plan I’m on?

Information about changes to your payment plan

During your time at Euka, we understand that you may need to adjust the plan you’re on to cater for different situations that come up, whether that’s academic, personal, health-related or financial.

We provide families with this flexibility by offering the option to change from one plan to another in one of the following ways:

  • Term - Upfront Payment → Yearly - Upfront Payment

  • Term - Upfront Payment → Yearly - Instalment Payment

  • Yearly - Upfront Payment → Yearly - Instalment Payment

  • Yearly - Instalment Payment → Yearly - Upfront Payment

To change your plan, you’ll need to contact Customer Support via our SupportChat option found on this page or using one of the alternative support contact options.

Note: For upfront payment plans, any plan change will be effective from the current plan’s end date.

For example, when changing from a Yearly - Upfront Plan to a Term - Upfront Plan, the Term Plan will be effective at the Yearly Plan’s end date.
