We provide families with this flexibility by offering the option to change from one plan to another in one of the following ways:
Term - Upfront Payment → Yearly - Upfront Payment
Term - Upfront Payment → Yearly - Instalment Payment
Yearly - Upfront Payment → Yearly - Instalment Payment
Yearly - Instalment Payment → Yearly - Upfront Payment
To change your plan, you’ll need to contact Customer Support via our SupportChat option found on this page or using one of the alternative support contact options.
Note: For upfront payment plans, any plan change will be effective from the current plan’s end date.
For example, when changing from a Yearly - Upfront Plan to a Term - Upfront Plan, the Term Plan will be effective at the Yearly Plan’s end date.
