How can I remove an expired card associated with my child's enrolment?

Euka allows users to manage their payment methods, including the removal of expired cards, via the account interface. This process can be completed directly by users without requiring intervention from the Euka support team.


Steps to Remove an Expired Payment Card

Follow these steps to remove an expired card from your Euka account:

  1. Log in to your Parent Portal. You can use this link to Log In

  2. Go to "Manage Programs", select the student you want to update, and then navigate to the "Payment Methods" section in your account settings.

  3. Locate the expired payment card you wish to remove.

  4. Select the “Remove” option and follow any on-screen prompts to finalise the process.

Once completed, the expired card will no longer be associated with your account.
